Our shipping policy is to send your product(s) via USPS First Class Mail within 3 business days of your order. If you provide and email address or a cell phone number, a tracking link will be sent to that service.
In the event the USPS says your package was delivered and you cannot locate it, please contact your local USPS Carrier immediately. We can open an investigation, but that will require up to 3 weeks as the different offices will need to communicate with them.
If you have any questions about your package once you receive a tracking code, please refer to the USPS link sent to you. That will be the most up to date status available.
In the event that you provided us with an incorrect address at the time of ordering and we ship to that address and the product(s) are delivered, we will not be able to issue a refund. Likewise, you may be required to purchase the product again and provide us with the correct address. Depending upon the circumstances, you may be charged an additional shipping fee.
